Most of the websites have a CMS – some of those CMSs are translation friendly – they have embedded feature that allows you to export the content in XML files for translation and import it back an example for that is (WordPress). If CMS is not translation friendly then we should look out for a plugin/Add-On to be installed in the CMS then we will be able to export and import content normally. Those plugins are not usually free and you have to purchase them online.
If you need your website localized the proper way you have to work with localization engineers who know their way around the website, it’s platform and how to organized, convert for translation and uploading these files to the website while making sure everything is functional.
